Earring Care

Polymer clay is a dynamic medium and perfect for jewelry. It is both lightweight and durable when cured correctly. However, to ensure the longevity of your item please consider following these tips:

• Avoid too much moisture, chemicals, make up, etc. Getting caught in the rain is okay, but remove before taking a dip in the pool.

• Avoid bending or dropping your pieces.

• Use a baby wipe or soft cloth to wipe your pieces

  • If your item includes a brass component, or has a polished finish a microfiber cloth is included for cleaning and light buffing.

• Brass components will naturally patina over time. If you’d like to clean the brass make a paste of 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup white vinegar, and flour as needed. Once paste forms, rub onto the brass and let set for 10 minutes. Gently wipe off with warm wet cloth.

• Store in a cool dry place
