Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Each piece is individually handcrafted so variations will occur. There may also be small flaws and imperfections which are a part of the nature of handmade products, even though I strive to sell only the highest quality pieces. Please keep this in mind when you receive your product. I am always happy to work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
Polymer clay is durable, but still needs to be treated delicately. I am not responsible for any breakage while the pieces are being worn. Please review the care recommendations in the FAQ section of this website.
Refunds are issued in the event that there is a serious defect or flaw in the product received. If you believe your product to be defective, please contact me via email at henterre.clay@gmail.com.
Due to the nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Policies
All orders require a 1-3 business day processing time. This may be longer for pre-order or made-to-order items and will be noted on their individual listings. This may also vary during high volume times such as major holidays. I strive to ship as quickly as possible so processing times are usually quicker on average.
I offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority. If you need an item by a certain date, please reach out to me immediately to verify that I can accommodate that.
I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or any lost packages when they are in the care of USPS. Please contact me if this happens after you make a report and I will do the same.
