Our Story
Henterre began on a whim when I first discovered the magic of polymer clay. What started as a simple part-time hobby of a stay-at-home-parent quickly grew into a business when I realized I was making more pieces than I could possibly wear. I found a refuge in polymer clay. Being able to bring a vision to life provides a kind of therapy for which my creative soul was always searching.
Henterre is a polymer clay jewelry company dedicated to creating unique handmade earrings with high quality materials for every person.
I find myself drawn to many different styles and aesthetics and refuse to limit myself to just one. I love the idea of creating new and interesting pieces that are easy to wear, and polymer clay is the perfect medium to do that. I also enjoy incorporating different materials such as brass and vintage beads to enhance designs.
While my style is always evolving, my dedication to quality stays consistent. I strive to maintain a high level of integrity to my items by continuing to improve technique, sourcing quality materials, and making small batches by hand.
